The Foundation provides financial and advisory support in accordance with these regulations. 2. The Foundation establishes the controls, standards and conditions governing the granting process Take into account fairness in sorting and studying the advanced projects of the institution. 3. The Foundation is not involved in implementation, but is limited to providing support and follow-up only. 4. Offering the most beneficial and most rewarding programs and activities. 5. Lack of support for individuals and individual transactions. 6. To achieve the following regulatory requirements in the entity to be supported: A - The entity should be of a legal capacity within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia B - The entity has a bank account with a local bank. C - The entity is specialized in the field of the project or the presented program. W - The failure of the agency to obtain a low evaluation from the institution at previous times. 7. The institution may participate in grants with other donor institutions for the same projects. 8. Grants can be multiple times per year for one entity if the charitable council agreed to do so. 9. The corporation owns and disposes of the products it has fully supported.
