Establishment of the Foundation
Approval of the establishment of the Abdul Latif Al-Issa Charitable Foundation was issued in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 98104 dated 11/12/1429 AH, and recorded in the record of charitable institutions in the General Administration of Charitable Societies and Number (67) dated 12/11/1429 AH
Excellence in easy giving and partnership in community development
A donor institution that seeks to develop society by supporting programs and projects, developing qualitative initiatives, community partnerships, and serving the family and children of Abdullatif Al-Essa, in accordance with facilitating mechanisms and standards in a stimulating systemic and institutional environment and a creative team.
1. Caring for community development projects and rehabilitation of the needy.

Enterprise management
The Foundation consists of several departments and operating departments that are unified by the spirit of one team and linked by strategic goals that seek to achieve the best and are keen on continuous creativity, and they are:

Charitable Affairs Department:
An administration concerned with studying charitable projects, drawing up plans, formulating initiatives and indicators in accordance with the fields and items approved in the institution.
Administrative and Financial Affairs Department:
It is an administration concerned with organizing the administrative and financial aspects of the institution and caring for personnel affairs and legal aspects.
public relations section:
A department concerned with communicating with the Foundation’s partners, caring for them, coverage, media participation of the Foundation, and activating human communication processes and interconnection between the Foundation’s members.
