On Saturday 15/01/1441 AH, corresponding to 09/14/2019, the Foundation held a workshop entitled Experts Workshop, which was discussed:
Split focus categories and suggest subcategories for major categories.
– The main (tangible) aspects that will be produced when the impact is achieved on the groups.
– Identify the strategic objectives of each category, and discuss its explanation and editing.
– Which initiatives can achieve the required effects in each category, and the criteria for these initiatives?
– The main potential for success and achieving impact?
The workshop was attended by a few experts and specialists in the field of charity work
In the context of seeking excellence in institutional work, the Foundation held a workshop to set new strategic features with the participation of a group of charitable pioneers
By the grace of Allah, the first meeting of the Hour of Knowledge was held, which aims at the quality of workers and their continuous development to achieve leadership in charitable work.
The idea of an hour of knowledge: it is an hour of every month presented by the employees of the institution for themselves which is guaranteed by one of the employees every month in which he provides what is beneficial to the recipients in their work at the level of the institution in particular, and at the level of their life affairs in general, thus forming a knowledge environment that depends on the work system of quality And perfection.

Abdul Latif Al-Issa Charitable Foundation held a training course in the Gulf Training Institute for its employees with the Gulf Institute for Training and the participation of the employees of the Leading Endowments Council.
The course lasted from Sunday 08/15/1437 AH to Thursday August 19/1437 AH.
It should be noted that this course is one of the courses in the system of developing the job performance of the Corporation’s employees and employees of the leading endowments.
The twentieth meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at the Foundation’s headquarters on Sunday, 08/18/1437 AH, in the conference hall in the Foundation’s new headquarters, in which all members participated.
This meeting is the third in this year 1437 AH, as the trustees are keen to hold the meeting in its continuous session.
With the grace and grace of God, members of the House of Representatives and members of the Board of Trustees opened the new headquarters for the endowments of Abdullatif Al-Essa.
The new headquarters includes the Awqaf Administration and Abdul Latif Al-Essa Foundation. The new headquarters is located on the northern ring road within the Abyat Company building on a total area of 750 m 2.
The Endowment Department was keen on building it with the latest style and containing the latest technologies that facilitate work management to create a stimulating and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

On Tuesday 02/04/1437 AH, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed in the field of deepening cooperation and exchange of experiences between the Abdul Latif Al-Issa Charitable Foundation and the Hamad Al-Hussaini Charitable Foundation.

The members of the Board of Trustees met the engineer, designed for the mosque, Sheikh Abdullatif Al-Essa in the Eastern Province. During the meeting, several topics were raised, most notably the discussion of the engineering designs of the mosque. At the end of the meeting, an upcoming meeting was set to discuss other topics.
The Foundation has conducted specialized training courses in the field of self-development in cooperation with its partners in the Leading Endowments Council, where two training sessions were held and the duration of one session was five days at 5 hours per day, and certificates were distributed at the end of each session.
